We contracted Manhattan Builders to do some remodel work on our home that we bought using Urban Properties. We had purchased the home using a Purchase and Renovation Loan that allowed us to finance our remodel into our home mortgage using Starkey Mortgage. Jon and his team worked with our mortgage lender for the renovation. They were courteous and professional and listened to what we wanted throughout the process and we are very happy and satisfied. We have a kitchen that needs to be remodeled as well and we look forward to have Manhattan Builders work with us again.
