Let me start by saying, “Jon Roel and Manhattan Builders created the best building experience that anyone could ever ask for.”  I never realized how time consuming and pain staking it could be having a new house being built.  This experience turned out to be gratifying in many ways but it would have never happened without the knowledge and professional help from Jon Roel.  Jon is a very hard working and “get the job done” kind of guy and seeing that this was our first house my partner and I have ever had built, he was able to take all of our opinions and ideas and build them into something we now call home.
